To View or Save A File

Make sure you have the proper software before proceeding. You may download a free copy of the two following software.

• For a free copy of Adobe acrobat (pdf format)
  
• For a free copy of Excel Viewer 2003 for spreadsheets.
  

Click the name of the file to be viewed or to be saved in the format you wish to use. A popup window will open asking you whether you want to save or open the file.
To view the file, click "Open it." To save the file, click "Save it to disk".

Fit the Main Page On Screen

Minimize all open windows and position your mouse in the center of your screen.
Right click your mouse button(for left handed, click your left mouse button). A shortcut menu will open.
Click "Properties" and select the Settings tab.
Drag the slider from "Desktop Area" to the right until you read "800 x 600 pixels".
Click "Ok". You may be asked to restart your windows. If so, save any open files if needed and restart your computer.

Get sharper Images On Screen

Minimize all open windows and position your mouse in the center of your screen.
Right click your mouse button(for left handed, click your left mouse button). A shortcut menu will open.
Click "Properties" and select the Settings tab.
From the drop-down menu of "Color Palette" select "256 Color", "High Color (16 bit)" or "High Color (32 bit)" (High Color 32 bit being the sharpest resolution).
Click "Ok". You may be asked to restart your windows. If so, save any open files if needed and restart your computer.
